Timothy Sgroi joined the team at Sgroi Lawley Group LLC, headquartered in Seneca, New York. Timothy Sgroi is the son of partner Patrick Sgroi and represents the third generation of the Sgroi family to join the business.

Timothy Sgroi is a member of the firm’s research team, specializing in financial analysis, retirement planning, strategic asset allocation and relationship management. Before Sgroi Lawley, he gained sales experience in wealth management and mergers and acquisitions, serving as an account executive at Sterling Technology and a business development consultant at Morningstar.

Formed through a recent merger between Sgroi Financial and Lawley, Sgroi Lawley Group LLC combines decades of experience with expanded resources to serve individuals, families and businesses across western New York and beyond.

Plymouth Rock Home Assurance Corporation Names Finn as CMO

Plymouth Rock Home Assurance Corp., headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, appointed Colleen Finn as chief marketing officer. Finn is responsible for the marketing and distribution strategy for Plymouth Rock’s Home company across all six states in which it does business.

Finn has a decade of experience in property/casualty insurance and is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies. Before she was appointed CMO, Finn served as managing director of Product Management at Plymouth Rock Home Assurance Corporation. Before joining Plymouth Rock, Finn spent nine years at Liberty Mutual, where she led distribution analytics and product management teams.

Protecdiv Hires WTW’s Puckett as Public Sector Practice Leader

Protecdiv, headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, hired Tamika Puckett as executive vice president and public sector practice leader. Puckett leads the development and execution of Protecdiv’s risk management strategies for public sector clients, addressing the unique challenges faced by federal, state and municipal government agencies.

Puckett has 20 years of expertise in risk management, having most recently served as the public sector division leader for WTW. She previously served as head of cyber risk management for Zoom and as the chief risk officer for the city of Chicago.
