Before his role at Crash Champions, Miller served as CTO at a national collision repair organization and Party City. Meanwhile, Pete Tagliapietra, managing director at DataTouch LLC, is a former CIECA board member with extensive experience in collision repair and automotive aftermarket IT. Tagliapietra founded NuGen IT, which was acquired by OEConnection in 2020, and later launched DataTouch, a company specializing in data privacy, security, and repair planning technology. Finally, Mark Santefort, vice president of operations at Snapsheet, has more than 20 years of experience in the auto insurance industry.
